How can I become an NKN Member?

For only 100RMB you will get a 12-month membership to our program. You can simply join online or join directly at the NKN Centre on Guangzhou Lu. NKN Centre is based out of The Bassment. Ask any member of staff for a card.


What benefits do I get from being an NKN Member?

You get everyday discounts and special deals at several of Nanjing’s top spots. Upon joining, you will receive an NKN Membership Card, which you can use to receive discounts or special deals every time you visit an NKN Venue.


Do I need to activate my card?

No. Once you have your card in your hands your good-to-go get your discounts at any NKN Venue.


Does NKN deliver?

At the moment we do not officially offer the option to deliver cards. However, send us an email at getacard@nankingnation.com to speak to a representative. We may be able to arrange delivery.


How do I renew my NKN membership?

Current members can renew their membership prior to expiry. We will contact you via email or phone to advise you of your membership expiration. If you renew your membership, you will be given a new NKN Membership Card.

I just got my NKN Membership Card. How can I make the most of it?

Put your NKN Membership Card in your wallet Do it NOW! Doing this will serve as a constant reminder to use the discounts when you are paying for a drink or meal. Don’t be shy about asking venues if they are participating in our program - chances are they’re already in it. If not, you can always recommend venues to us at support@nankingnation.com.


Check out our weekly newsletters and regularly visit our website. We provide increased venue deals and add new venues all the time. Make sure you get the most up-to-date information about our special promos & deals.


I absolutely love this membership and/or an NKN Venue. How can I rave about it?

NKN loves you too! You can rate and write venue reviews by simply sending us an email testimonial. You can also spread the word and tell your friends about us.


Can I review a venue?

Currently, we are working round the clock to add this feature to our website. In the near future you’ll be able to write reviews and rate venues through our website as well. Watch this space!


I lost my NKN card. What do I do?

You may send us an email at support@nankingnation.com and our customer service team will verify your registration information and help you to get a new card. Please have your Name, Card Number and registered email address handy while contacting us, as this will speed-up the process. As the card is not personalized with an NKN Member name, if you lose the card you will need to purchase a new one at full price. We do this to avoid any fraudulent action. So please take care of your card!


The venue did not honor their offer. Who do I tell?

Although all participating venues are trained and contractually obliged to honor their offers to NKN members, we might receive complaints claiming otherwise. We have been working hard to guarantee the best deals in Nanjing, so any complaints made are taken very seriously.


You can send us an email. State the venue, date and time, name of the person who served you and details of your complaint. Our customer service team will investigate your situation and reply to you within 72 hours.


How do I get my favorite venues included in the NKN Program?

Simply email us and provide your member information, email and venue suggestion.
